Kathy has been a Certified Hypnotherapist in practice for more than 15 years. She has completed training in Medical, Clinical, and Advanced Hypnosis through the Palo Alto School of School of Hypnotherapy.  


What is hypnosis?
Hypnosis is a trance state characterized by intense concentration, deep relaxation, and high suggestibility. Hypnosis accesses the subconscious mind to modify behavioral patterns or change limiting belief systems. Hypnosis is a natural state of mind. We enter this state just before going to sleep and upon awaking, during daydreaming, meditation, listening to music, or any similar activity.

Individual programs are designed to address any areas in your life that need direction or motivation. The American Medical Association has approved the use of hypnosis as a treatment modality and it has been used effectively for:

 Sessions can be done in person or by phone. May be used in conjunction with other therapies.
